With a fleet size of 1,200+ trucks and trailers and 550+ drivers and support personnel, they service all 48 states in the continental U.S.
Ninetwothree was tasked with creating the front end of the app to help drivers arrive safely and on time.
To create an app that helps drivers arrive safely and on time, providing efficient and safe routes are key. Generating the correct routes was a challenge because the necessary information was not always available - like knowing which roads accept certain truck weights and heights. This was a major issue we had to resolve since an incorrect route could delay time-sensitive shipments or potentially put a driver at risk.
We created a solution to ensure that all goods are delivered safely and on time. The best way to do this was to make a system where truckers can report the incorrect route to inform the correct parameters for the mapping system. Another important feature we developed was the ability for the system to work online and offline.
This allowed the drivers to have the most up-to-date information on assignments and to communicate with dispatch.
