We validated the product direction through a strategic workshop and two rounds of surveys involving over 2,000 respondents. To ensure a perfect fit, we ran a user research campaign with customer interviews and live prototype testing to identify the most important features. We also provided a subscription analysis, financial modeling, and an NPI readiness checklist to guide the project from end to end.

Because stability was non-negotiable, we built natively for both iOS and Android. We engineered an invisible sync protocol that automatically detects the hardware and initiates secure transfers. If a call comes in or the screen locks mid-transfer, the system continues the transfer in the background. No data lost, no user action required.

We focused on a minimal design. Generative AI automatically summarizes conversations into actionable briefs. To keep recordings organized without burdening the user, we built a "Topics" system that uses an 80% confidence threshold to auto-tag recordings, so the app stays useful over time without requiring constant input.
