What is Maintenance?

Maintenance covers issues arising as a result of changes outside of Agency’s control, such as environmental changes, language and frameworks changes, and other factors which affect the ongoing operation of the application. Agency will not provide support for issues that are the result of malicious interference, or change, by the Client or Client's consultants, employees, or third party vendors acting on their behalf. Maintenance will also only be conducted if the code that was provided at the end of initial development was not altered in any way by the Client or by any third party.
We maintain apps we build or perform due diligence on.

What is Not Covered?

Maintenance Is:
  • AWS deprecates the support of the node.js version used by the application
  • A feature fails to function properly due to an outdated library, framework or SDK.
  • The server is restarted for maintenance by AWS, doesn’t boot up, and needs our intervention for recovery.

What is Support?

Support is the mechanism via which 923 provides assistance with an application or product post launch. Support shall include (i) diagnosis of problems or performance deficiencies of the Software and (ii) a resolution of the problem or performance deficiencies of the Software. 923 will provide Slack and Email software support on a business day basis. Business day is defined as 8:00 AM through 4:00 PM eastern standard time, excluding holidays and weekends.
