OnTrac’s mobile application OnRoute delivers packages to help retailers win their customers. NineTwoThree performed a mobile application overhaul that increased driver efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability.
OnRoute is a high-volume last-mile delivery service responsible for delivering up to 13 million packages every week. To optimize driver operations and boost efficiency, NineTwoThree partnered with OnTrac to overhaul their existing delivery app. The goal was to reduce the complexity of the delivery process, cutting down the time drivers spent interacting with the app, thereby improving their overall experience and productivity.
Challenge
The original OnTrac app required up to 16 clicks to complete a single package delivery, creating inefficiencies for drivers managing hundreds of stops daily.
This cumbersome process slowed down delivery times and led to frustration among drivers. Additionally, drivers were spending excessive time manually optimizing their routes through external apps, resulting in delays. Vehicle loading was also a major pain point, particularly for new drivers, as it was slow and inefficient.

Reduced the number of clicks required for each delivery from 16 to an average of 4 by:
