Engineer
Focuses on developing tasks as provided by the project manager in the order specified. Provides daily updates, is available for calls, and is proficient in English. All our team augmentation developers have been with the company for over 1 year and have completed at least 3 product releases.
Project Manager
Responsible to estimate and deliver the project on time and on budget. Maintains the delivery boards. Assigns tasks to developer and signs off on completion internally. Leads periodic client calls and informs the external and internal stakeholders about progress and challenges. Defines agenda for calls.

Quality Engineer
Analyses the Project Specifications, defines the Test Plan. Ensures the developed product meets the specifications and performs requested functionality.
Account Manager
Our Account Managers are the customer advocate within NineTwoThree making sure the client gets the maximum value from the engagement. Fully understands the customer needs and project goals. Serves as the main escalation point and the decision maker on NineTwoThree side when the Client is facing an issue or requires assistance.

Introduction Discovery Call
You will talk to the founders on the first call. They have built over 60 products and will ask a bunch of questions about your project and what your dreams are with the features you intend to build.
Our augmentation projects are incredibly fun. We become part of your family and even attend holiday parties. (Not kidding, we love the invite.) But you need to meet the team first. We introduce you to the Project Manager and Developer that will be working on your project.

Proposal
We provide you with a Time and Material proposal. (We are flexible too with other formats.) The proposal will include similar projects we have accomplished and examples of how we might track the tasks in our transparent development boards.

Project Start Date
We map out your entire project, deliverable by deliverable and tell you exactly when your product will launch. When we propose a budget, we are confident in our team performance and will ensure your project is delivered on time.
