Reigniting Passion For Your Ventures

It's normal to not always be as excited about your venture as you were in the beginning, but you can reignite that spark.
Sometimes, after working on a project for a long time, you start to lose steam đźš‚
Not because the idea is bad or because you're not cut out for business growth but just because you've maybe burnt out some of the passion you had for it.
If this is where you are at right now, here are five things you need to do in 2022:
Falling Back In Love With Your Goals
Tip #1: Remind yourself, why am I building this business? What originally inspired me to meet this need?
Try to go back to ground zero and gain a new appreciation for the seed that sparked where you've gotten to today 🌱
Tip #2: Put the focus on the problem you're trying to solve, not your solution. It's easy to get tunnel vision and forget about your original purpose.
Your goal should always be to solve a problem - when you do, you'll notice if your solution isn't the right one ❎
Tip #3: Celebrate the milestones, big and small!
You feel motivated when there's progress. Enjoying some of those bite-sized goals or big wins will help you stay on track 🏆
It's psychological, and when you see it happen repeatedly it fuels you. Â
Tip #4: Setbacks are opportunities to learn.
Don't let them demotivate you, even if it's difficult. When things don't go according to plan, it's how you adjust that matters 👇
And it's ok to step back, take a breath and reevaluate.
How can you break down the problem into manageable chunks? Is there someone you can brainstorm with?
Tip #5: Hire good people and rely on them 🤝
When you find the right person for the job, no matter how big or small the role, it takes major pressure off of you as a founder.
Make good hiring decisions, and then let them take the reigns.
Your job should be as simple as saying yes or no - trust them to do the rest âś…
TL:DR go back to your roots, focus on the problem, celebrate the wins, learn from the losses and hire people you can trust.
