Since joining NineTwoThree Venture Studio in 2021, Milagros Baylac has helped launch countless ventures for clients and seen the company become one of the fastest-growing private companies in America on the Inc 5000 list two years in a row.
She is an experienced researcher, having started her career working in the UCF Biology Department doing population genetics and evolutionary biology research where she was awarded during the Showcase of Undergraduate Research Excellence. From extracting reptile DNA, she pivoted first to farming operations to finally m working closely with our CEO on planning and management of administrative, financial, and operational activities.
Baylac is an integral part of building team processes and handling daily operations and also serves as the head of Dog Exercise Coach, an ongoing NineTwoThree venture.
